Hi there, I am looking for quotes for a professional painter and decorator to paint a two bedroom flat in New Cross in September. There are tenants currently living there so I can’t upload photos right now. I would like the quote to include all materials except paints which either I can source, or you can source for me and we will add the cost to your fee. The job will entail - Kitchen - ceiling, walls, skirting boards, radiator, window frame Living room - ceiling, walls, skirting boards Hallway - walls and ceiling (ground floor to first floor), skirting boards, staircase, handrail Bathroom - ceiling, walls Master bedroom - ceiling, walls, bay window frame, skirting boards Small second bedroom - walls and ceiling, sash window frame, skirting boards Happy to pay £200 a day and imagine this will take around 7 days if we go on the assumption that it’s one day per room. It was lovely to work with Ify. He did my whole flat for a very reasonable price and worked really hard to get everything finished to a high standard. He used Frogtape and Prodec tape to get clean lines. He even went above and beyond to find a bit of extra paint for me when I hadn’t quite bought enough for the bathroom. Be prepared to be flexible with timings but when he is there, he works really hard and has a super nice energy!
