Painting of a 2 bedroom flat (90sqm), 4 rooms (living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms), 2 coats. Living room and hallway (50% of flat) already taped and painted but need a sand and single coat once over to even out roller marks. See photos of roller marks. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and large window frames so these will not require painting. The walls behind the mirrors in the main bedroom will need some touch ups to even them out (see photos). Walls only, no ceiling, doors or skirting. Small touch up throughout required. Paint and materials supplied (tape, floor coverings, some filler) - please enquire to confirm what you need / what is available.

We need to spray paint the outside roller shutter 2.2m x 1.2m. Also, need to do some snagging work with the painting internal parts of the sash windows and door frame.

Paints has come off a portion of my wall after removing stick and peel wall tiles. The plastering I used to repair the wall is uneven and needs to be mechanically sanded down and re- plastered before being painted white again. It’s not a big portion of the wall - 1m x 1m

Need the exterior of the building washed and painted as well as that wood sanded before painting. Will also need interior painted. The exterior is the black part that will need to be painted. Inside will be a white or soft grey. Thank you.

Looking for a reliable, skilled and tidy decorator to touch up the paint in the hallways of our Fulham Flat (2 floors). The colour remains the same but the paint has become quite scratched/marked with general wear and tear so looking for someone to freshen up the walls.
