The ceiling has dried out (over 6 weeks) and we are now ready to repair. We need to spray paint the outside roller shutter 2.2m x 1.2m. Also, need to do some snagging work with the painting internal parts of the sash windows and door frame.

Paints has come off a portion of my wall after removing stick and peel wall tiles. The plastering I used to repair the wall is uneven and needs to be mechanically sanded down and re- plastered before being painted white again. It’s not a big portion of the wall - 1m x 1m

Need the exterior of the building washed and painted as well as that wood sanded before painting. Will also need interior painted. The exterior is the black part that will need to be painted. Inside will be a white or soft grey. Thank you.
