Painting & Finishing Brief • Paint walls and ceilings in two rooms, one room is 5m2 the other is 11m2 The 11m2 has already had a first coat on the wall and underlay on the ceiling • Paint skirting boards and architraves • Caulk all skirting and door frames Paint will be provided and is already here, also have some caulk which could be useful Needs to be done either today or tomorrow.

Painting whole of the property, to include all wood work, skirting etc..it needs to be durable as it’s a childminding business during the day. I have paint already on site as I want it all white throughout, also to include removal of current old mastic and replace with new.

There are 2 full length external door shutters that need painting or varnishing, an external door sill that needs the same, and a gazebo that needs wood preservative applied.

Require paint refresh of 21 patio tiles

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
