Find an experienced apartment painter in Hertfordshire

Kitchen is 10’ x 6’ and there is a crack in the existing wallpaper that needs to be fixed and then all of the ceiling painted. Ground floor Bathroom has a small hairline crack to resolve and ceiling to be painted. I have all the supplies; scrim tape, filler, Zinsser peel stop & Zinsser white self priming paint. I can also purchase the Zinsser ceiling paint if needed. I also have a step ladder. First photo is the bathroom, the others the kitchen ceiling.

The area measures 2.4m high and 3.4m wide. The furniture has now been moved to the other side of the room. I do own a wallpaper stripper, unless you have your own preferred method of removal. Photos show how the room was before I moved the furniture that was against it. The work ends by the side of the door frame up to the top of the wall before the loft area. Just the shelf to remove from the wall.

Looking for 3-4 Painter decorators in the Watford area, ideally be able to do this in the late evening due to trading during the day. We can provide the materials, just need 3-4 painters that know what they are doing. parts will need sanding, priming and 2 coats. keeping the same colour scheme as we like it just looking for a better finish as we rushed it doing it ourselves. Front, Side and back, Columns to be Grey and the Window frames, doors and bottom facia to be black. 9 benches also need to be sanded, primed and painted, 5 black 4 grey. and if time and money permit then we would also be looking for the black rail to be re painted too. Budgeted for £200 day rates per person over a 3 day period £2400 total. Apologies to those that responded to the £3500 budget I messed up and included the £1100 material budget too.

Good morning. I am getting the stairway carpet fitted in the next month. I am rubbish at painting and would really like for someone to do the woodwork at the side of the stairs, walls and ceiling for me. I am off on the 20th-22nd May 2026 and 29th and 30th of May and 1st of June. If it could be done then I would be ever so grateful I have two massive tubs of white Crown paint
