2x large rooms downstairs with driveway parking. All walls (only and to bottom of picture rails) to be painted white. 3x radiators across the rooms which need painting behind. Chalking of a non-structural hairline crack in the back Kitchen/Diner/Tv room. Front room fixed wooden (mdf) cabinet needs a lick of paint also. ----- 1 x ceiling of 1 of kids bedroom needs painting white.

Playroom (4.5x4.5) - walls, skirting boards, plus two doors. Prep work needed (removing nails / and filling).
