Long-term ongoing work available for the right team. Job details: • Replace cracked or broken tiles. • Reuse good existing tiles where possible. • Clean one side of the roof (scaffold up). • Keep work area tidy. • Provide estimate and timescale before starting. What we’re looking for: • Experienced, competent roofer (labourer optional). • Must have ladder and basic tools. • Work safely, independently, and reliably. • Punctual and trustworthy – we want ongoing relationships. • Public liability insurance preferred (not essential). Materials: You can supply tiles/materials or we can help source them — flexible either way. Remove some old loft insulation and replace

Hi, I need someone to look at replacing the polycarbonate roof of a wooden conservatory that has leaks and to check on a leak from a skylight, access to the skylight is from the roof or also from the 2nd floor corridor

Need a long stable ladder. Need to sand and paint the black wooden areas to make water tight again and smarten up. Fit missing guttering piece, and i have alot of other little handman jobs like fitting kickbaords in the kitchen if i can find someone willing to try broad range of jobs.

Hi have an old garage flat roof which needs a couple of things addressing 1) a leak has appeared in one area where I’d like someone to do a asphalt patch repair (see circled area in pic) 2) a couple of supporting cross beams were recently broken when a gas engineer stood on top so I’d like a couple of small new beams to be added to lend support to the area. See second picture again (broken cross beams highlighted in red)

I have a completely empty loft which has just had foam insulation removed. I need traditional blanket insulation to be installed. It’s a small 2 bed house.

Hi, I would like to replace very old loft floor insulation between joists with new. I have floor boards so these will need to be unscrewed, old insulation removed, floor raised and new replaced insulation replaced then floor boards put back in place at the elevated level. Loft Hatch also to drought proof and insulate. 50m2 I will pay for the materials just need someone to do the work.

Following a recently completed loft conversion, we have a total of 84 square meters of ceiling in 4 rooms which need to be fitted with semi rigid rockwool insulation and plasterboard. The loft already has wooden partition framing installed. However, except for one room, the other rooms in the loft do not yet have plasterboard or semi-rigid rock wall installed. Insulation: Two layers of semi rigid rock wool to be fitted in between the loft roof joists, leaving an air gap above, with already fitted first fix electrical cables for lights to be left hanging through ready for plaster-boarding. The first layer is 100mm insulation and the second layer either 100mm or 50mm insulation. Insulation is compression fitted. Plaster-boarding: Single layer of 15mm fire board to be fitted to 84 sq meters of loft ceiling joists. Other details. There are no stairs. Access via a ladder only. Plasterboard and insulation already in loft. Plasterboard screws supplied. Floor to ceiling height is 2.4 meters high. A 40cm high hopper is onsite to stand on. 4 telescopic plasterboard jacks also onsite. Looking for fitting within next 10 days.

We got a new dishwasher but was informed we would need to a plumber to install an insulation valve, we would need the plumber to provide the materials please.
