I got a living room nearly 32sqm, need to put insulation under the floor boards and put back the floor boards, I need finish with laminate flooring, will provide all materials.

I suspect this is about a 5x5 area of loft that needs insulation installed. Rolls are already lifted up; would additionally like a little clean up up there by removing any waste, and all nails in existing rafters to be removed. Rolls would need to be cut to size, and there is enough up there to double up.

Scope of Work: Box in the kitchen extractor fan duct with insulation and a possible access panel. Materials to Be Provided by You: • Insulation: Acoustic mineral wool (Rockwool RW3 or RWA45), 25–50mm thickness. All seams to be fully sealed with foil tape. • Boxing Material: Fire-rated plasterboard (12.5mm pink Fireline plasterboard). Please do not use plywood or MDF. • Frame: 50mm metal stud frame preferred. • Protection: Protective covering for the hob, worktops, and kitchen cabinets during the works. • Finishing: Mist coat or plasterboard primer, and paint to match the existing ceiling/walls. We are considering including an access panel to allow future access to the duct and would welcome your view on whether this is advisable. I have recently moved into a house with a loft but it’s crammed full of excess loft insulation, so ideally I’d like this bagged up and removed from the loft, then I’d like the loft cleaned up a bit, as there is 100 years worth of cobwebs built up! I can provide bags and a Hoover, but I’d suggest you bring a dust mask/PPE
