My downpipe has come apart and needs reconnecting. Also requires securing back to the wall. It is a first floor flat

Repair or replace a section of metal downpipe that is cracked and leaking when there has been rain. The downpipe is at ground floor level.

I have a down pipe that needs replacing. I think it’s a metal pipe. But I’m happy to change it for plastic uPVC.

We have a gutter above the first floor that is leaking heavily and likely needs a repair as it was cleaned very recently and that had no effect.

Please see the attached images of our current drainpipes - we are looking for someone to use a wire brush or an angle grinder with a wire wheel to remove all loose rust and old paint, apply a rust converter (Hammerite which we will provide), apply a metal primer (re oxide primer which we will provide) and finally paint two coats onto both drainpipes (we will provide the paint) - the drains need some TLC but it is only surface rust which we would like to be tidied up, the pipe is not leaking etc. We have ladders and scaffolding to reach the drainpipes. Repair gutter over the rear extension and see if there are leaks from tiles to seal

I need to get this pipe fixed - basically the join has worn away so it needs sealing back up - it would ideal if a plumber could look at this.

A cast iron downpipe (it has three sections) replaced with a mock uPVC equivilant (I have the replacement parts). Once fitted, it needs to be left open/at a slight angle, since the underground drain it connects into is blocked and needs to be unblocked by a separate drainage specialist.

Leak is where the kitchen/dishwasher/washing machine waste connects into the main waste downpipe. Leaking when water coming from kitchen. But also when waste coming down the main downpipe. In both cases a steady drip.

I need the shed refelted... Medium sized. The downpipe from the sink outside has broken off to the main pipe also needs to be replaced.

Part of the fitting between my gutters has come loose and it’s causing water to leak down onto a neighbours roof so just need the joins fixed
