I have a working toilet unit that has a few pipe leakage bottom of the tank on both sides and the pipe behind the tiles going to the toilet tank. I have removed one of the tiles and there is a wood panel that needs to be removed to get to the pipe. (See images). After leakage is fixed the tile and wood panel needs to be fixed back to original. Only very experienced person need to apply

I have a sage creatista nespresso pod machine and when I try to operate the machine no coffee comes out of the machine, just water leaks from the bottom. I have taken it apart and have seen one of the clips is loose so would need another clip I think to stop the leak.

I have a few leaks occurring on a radiator valves, kitchen faucet and shower head. I would like someone to drain the central heating system, replace the radiator valves, replace the kitchen tap and replace the shower head. I have bought all the replacement parts. I would also like the bath re-sealed as some of it has worn away which I think is also contributing to a leak.

Check for leak from 1st floor bath. Appears to be water damage in garage below. I am selling my house so would like a qualified plumber to verify if leaking. And if so, fix the leak.
