Find an experienced local plumber in Hertfordshire

I've moved recently and in the flat, the toilet is leaking water in the bowl after washing. Need this looked into and sorted please

When we flush, water leaking under cistern

Replace 2 standard taps with a shower mixer on bath. Combi boiler, bath mounted and bath panel easy to remove. (I believe) house only 4 yrs old so should be good pipes etc etc

I have leaking flash in my toilet

Two small leaking on guttering, water is dripping when raining

Will be buying new kithcen sink and tap. Need this installed and left in full working order with no leaks.

The existing thermostatic shower does not work. Images attached. We will buy a new shower but need guidance on the type to buy.

The toilet is blocked it and it not flushing

Shower tray is currently leaking and I believe it is due to old silicone around the tray along with it sagging a bit in the corners when being stood on. Looking for someone with plumbing/bathroom experience to come and take a look, identify problem and likely (from what I can tell) re seal around the shower tray after removing existing silicone etc. To be clear, I have tried to re-silicone some of it myself which has not solved the problem, which is why I am asking for a skilled tradesmen to come and rectify the issue vs just asking for someone to re-silicone the shower which could very easily be the problem. This is leaking into the room below, so someone that is confident they can make right and fix is certainly needed.

The toilet flusher is not working properly

Drill a tv on the wall, mirror on the wall. And replace the shower head. I have all the equipment other than an electric drill.

Shower needs disconnecting and removed had thought it had been disconnected but is now leaking water and making noises.

Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to move a radiator about 10cm forward. The reason is we are going add some plasterboard insulation for the wall behind the radiator. The radiator and boiler images attached here. Price negotiable.

Toilet cistern leaking - need to be fixed Kitchen sink tap loose and moving about - probably need tightening the bolt/mastic Mains connected smoke alarm going off randomly - need fixing

I need a plumber to fix two separate leaks. 1. Under-sink leak (kitchen): The feed valve for my under-sink RO (reverse osmosis) water system is leaking. The blue-handled inlet valve needs to be replaced. Please also check the connected RO tubing to make sure there are no further leaks. 2. Bathtub leak (bathroom): The bathtub overflow is leaking from behind the cover, likely due to a worn or loose gasket. The silicone seal around the bathtub is mouldy and needs to be removed and re-sealed. Please check the bathtub waste pipe underneath for any leakage. The flat is small and easy to access. I will be at home to provide entry. Please bring standard plumbing tools and materials for valve replacement and silicone re-sealing.

Toilet was blocked, I tried to use a plunger to unblock, seemed to work a little but now there is a big leak from the bottom of the WC when flushed

Top floor shower pump to be installed and in the bath toom shower hear needs to be installed. Boiler is old one
