shower leaking through the downstairs toilet ceiling, will need to find leak and seal it

The shower mixer seems to be too tight and due to that there is constant water dripping from the showerhead. I am looking for someone to fix this. I have attached a picture of the mixer

Replace snapped light switch in the toilet. I have the new cable to replace it.

Hi, my toilet seat have been installed. When it was new, it could lean on the back, after a month, the toilet seat keep coming down. It is very inconvenience. Could the tasker can fix it for me to make the toliet seat to hold at the back?
