I need the old valve removed and a different new valve installed in a lower position. Tiles to be patched in around new valve and grouted. It is a 3 way shower valve (Bath, Shower head, Hand shower) New bath waste to be fitted. Access to the shower valve is possible through the back please see photos.

I need my washing machine connected

When you turn on cold water alone, the pressure is perfectly fine but when you mix it or turn on hot water, the pressure gets very low and remains low when you try adjusting. No hot water on economy mode. We have called one of the plumbers, she said that cold water is coming from mains and hot is coming from boiler that is why pressure is different.

Water supply line has been cut and needs replacing and need new toilet pan connector. (Ideally want this one supplied: McAlpine Flexible 90° Angled WC Connector White 152.5mm)

Make exposed bathroom pipes look neat – boxing in or alternative solution I’m looking for someone to tidy up the exposed pipework in my bathroom and make it look more finished and intentional. As shown in the photo, there is a vertical run of pipework going from the side of the bath/window area up to the ceiling. I’m open to suggestions on the best way to disguise it, either: * Boxing the pipes in neatly * Using a slim removable pipe cover * Creating some other tidy decorative solution Ideally I’d like it to look clean and professional and blend in with the existing white walls. If boxing is used, I’d prefer it to be as slim as reasonably possible rather than a large bulky box. Please quote including materials and labour, and let me know what solution you would recommend based on the photo. Under the sink, there is a leak where a tenant turns the tap on. We believe it is the U-bend pipe that needs a new washer or maybe to be replaced due to possible limescale buildup. We have videos of the leak. Also, the door spacer/trim needs resticking down as it's loose.
