I would like someone to fix my leaking kitchen sink - replace the tap and fix a toilet cistern as it won’t flush

Hot water runs fine but cold water sometimes does not run. I think the trap needs changing.

the running belt slips periodically and needs tightening

Need to install a shower cubical.

Someone to fit a free standing unit and sink. Current tap to remain and be reattached. No problems with the current tap or sink or pipe work. I can take a photo of the current sink. Don’t want house visits to check the work required. It’s plain and simple to make a unit, fit it and a sink.

We have bought a tap (shown in first photo) to replace our current tap. We can not locate the valve to turn off the cold water tap in order to install it- would like a qualified plumber to install the tap safely. We are located on the 1st floor of a flat. Please see photos showing our piping and setup. We need someone to do the job between 9am-1pm any day as we need to go work at 1pm. Thank you.

We have an extendable tap which has a gravity ball which is located under the sink. The gravity ball is currently leaking so may need replacing.
