I’ve taken polystyrene tiles of the ceiling in the smallest bedroom of my flat and now need the ceiling smoothed out so it’s ready to paint

I've had an electrical socket moved and now need the area around it plastered to match the wall please.

Looking for a professional plasterer to carry out skimming of walls and ceiling throughout a commercial unit at London NW1 (walls and ceiling mostly smooth and only needs light touches if anything) 90m2

two mirrors need mounting to plasterboard walls with two fixing points each. If we don’t have the right studs, there’s a hardware or next door. I also need my lawn mowed and have a lawnmower. It’s a small lawn. Probably one hour of extra work. But the key is mounted the mirrors.

My tenants storage radiator has fallen from the plasterboard wall due to loose fixings. It needs secure reattachment using suitable anchors . The unit is already wired, so it should only need re fixing to the wall

My apartment is undergoing Mould Treatment, I have engaged with PureMaintenance (mould treatment specialist), they will apply mould suprresion chemical and removal of contaminated materials. However they asked me to engage with independent plasterer for the restoration. I am now seeking a plasterer for this work, this may include replastering walls, floorboard and carpet if applicable. This is not a whole flat, but hallway area + bedroom. I have a survey report including photos which I can share next

Have 7kg framed mirror would like to hang on plasterboard wall. Renting. In order not to damage plasterboard wall (as I would have to repair) need joists/studs located, preferably by someone with an electronic gadget and hung. Have no tools. Mirror may need to be hung using a strong heavy wire or chain if the joists don't match where the hooks are on the frame. Am flexible. Could also be next Friday 31st Oct, or Sun 2nd Nov.

Details: I need a skilled plasterer to skim and smooth the bottom 20 cm of walls around my flat (about 85 linear metres in total). The skirting boards have already been removed, leaving a 1.5 cm deep strip that needs clean, even plastering. The apartment is already plastered, painted, and occupied, so tidy, careful work is essential. Paid parking is available in front of the building, a garage parking is behind the building . Labour only – materials can be provided if needed. Located at Lanchester Court, Seymour Street, London W2 2JQ. Can be done during the day any time this week. Should take around 1–2 days to complete.

I need a decorator to come over and: 1) Drill a rail into a bedroom wall to hang clothes. 2) Plaster over a hole in the wall as the clothing rail fell out, this needs patching up over the whole in the wall as seen in the photos and then drilling into the wall opposite which is more sturdy.

Few very small bits here and there, like around new cooking hood installed, basically getting surfaces ready for painting, but the two larger jobs are around the new window needing plastered and the area in the corridor corner that was affected by water ingress (ingress now been stopped). Also will need someone that can paint too, open to an offer for someone that can do both. around from 5th November for most of November.
