The main living room, two bedrooms. The ceiling needs a coat of white paint.

Ceiling needs painting, as well as above the dado rail. There are a few minor cracks that I’ve already tried to fix, but could do with a little touch up. I’ve done one coat on the ceiling, so will just need one more. The space above the dado rail will need 2.

This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.

34 hooks have been taken off our walls. We need someone to patch the pin holes where they were, and touch up paint. We have the paint. You will need to bring sandpaper, paint brush etc. Photo is an example of 4 of the 34 spots around the house.

I’m looking for a painter/decorator to repair and repaint a small area of peeling paint around a bathroom. The damage seems to be caused by moisture. The rest of the flat is in good condition.
