Please could you give me a quote and a time estimate for this job? I want my 1-bed flat painted (3 rooms - joint kitchen/living room, bedroom and hallway). The rooms are relatively small (the whole flat is just 40m squared). I am keen to have this all done by 12th September. Walls: 2 coats of Dulux almond white (painting over current colour of white) Ceilings: Dulux pure white Windows: 3 Doors: 5 Including ceiling and skirting boards: yes Clean-up required afterwards: yes Repairs required to walls: small (20%) I provide the paints, you provide everything else (tools, ladder, etc.). Note: - Window frames need fully sanding as the current paint is in bad condition (cracked/peeling) and needs completely replacing - for the rest of the interior wood (doors and skirting boards) light sanding is obviously required to dull the word and enable the paint to stick.

A workman previously plastered the ceiling, and it fell down on us that evening!!! Keen to avoid that happening again! Bit of context - the pink line of plaster is where we knocked down the wall, and due to the bonding plaster used, the new pink-y plaster stuck fast (and stayed up while the rest fell down!). The hole needs to stay as it is where the door latch goes in — I just need the damaged area around it repaired and finished neatly. The walls are already in good condition and do not need sanding. Hi, I have a long, vertical water stain on my bedroom wall caused by a previous, historic leak from months ago (the leak has been fully resolved and the wall is completely dry now). There is NO mould, but there is some water staining/discolouration and slight paint peeling near the window frame. The job requires: 1: Properly scraping and sanding down all the peeling/flaking paint to ensure a perfectly smooth surface before priming. 2: Applying a stain block primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or similar) to ensure the stain doesn't bleed through. 3: Repainting it with white emulsion paint. Please note that the final paint colour must be an exact match to the original wall colour (no patchy or mismatched whites). 4: The bedroom is fully carpeted, so you must bring proper dust sheets/protection and ensure no paint or debris stains the carpet. The work area must be left completely clean. Photos attached. Looking for someone to finish this as soon as possible. Thanks!

White paint will be provided, a ladder or small platform will be provided. Operative must supply own brushes and painting equipment, including protective masking tape. Working hours are strictly 9am arrival, must be packed away and departed by 2:50pm. Equipment can be left here on balcony.
