We need the floor of one retail window display at our Regent Street store repainted. The floor is currently painted a dark brown burgundy colour and has become scuffed and marked from recent window installations. We already have the matching paint at the store, so this is mainly preparation and repainting rather than colour matching. Small loft en-suite bathroom, approximately 1m × 4m, needs redecorating. The main work is surface preparation rather than simply applying a fresh coat of paint. There is some peeling/flaking paint and a number of cracks that will need properly preparing and filling before painting. Work required: - Protect flooring, fittings and bathroom surfaces - Scrape/remove loose and peeling paint - Fill and repair cracks and minor surface imperfections - Sand and prepare walls/ceiling as needed - Apply suitable primer/sealer where required - Caulk where necessary - Paint walls/ceiling to a neat professional finish I will supply the final bathroom paint. Please provide your own normal decorating equipment and consumables, including dust sheets/protection, brushes/rollers, filler, caulk, sandpaper and primer/sealer as required. Ideally looking for an experienced painter/decorator who is comfortable dealing with bathroom surfaces, peeling paint and minor plaster repairs. Timing is flexible, ideally week commencing 14 September 2026.

Walls will be stripped from the paint on the ceiling. Apart from that some holes may need to be filled. Poly filla is provided and paint is also provided and tools. Room is small and can be done in one day. Anything else which is needed can be provided just need a good and fast paint job
