We have a boiler which needs servicing and also has a small leak to repair. We are on Long Lane in SE1 (Borough). To be completed any time today and before 9am tomorrow.

I've got a couple of heating/hot water issues. 1) Two of the radiators in my flat aren't giving out any heat, even though the rest of the radiators are working fine 2) The hot water in one bathroom doesn't get properly hot, unlike the hot water in the other bathroom (which gets very hot)

The shower is a concealed Pura thermostatic shower (photos attached). The main issue is faulty temperature control: the water only gets hot when turned fully to maximum, a very small adjustment makes it go from very hot to cold, and it takes a long time for hot water to come through. The rest of the temperature range does very little. Based on research, this appears most likely to be a failed or scaled thermostatic cartridge, or a temperature stop/calibration issue. The shower otherwise works and there are no leaks. If, once inspected, the cartridge is not the cause, I’m happy for you to advise on the next appropriate step without replacing the full concealed valve or removing tiles unless absolutely necessary.

We need a regular service for Worcester Bosch Greenstar Boiler (3 years old) as well as the gas fire in the living room to be disconnected and made safe. The fire is the only gas appliance in the house. Must be Gas Safe Registered for the relevant appliances, and carry their Gas Safe ID card.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
