I need a plumber to re-pressurize my boiler and to tighten the bathroom heater as it’s leaking at 8 AM on the 9th July 2026 please. I have guest staying in my flat and the only time they can do is 8 AM tomorrow morning.

The valves are quite worn out. Can you please help me clean it and tighten it up? Please feel free to text me with other optional solutions for it. It should have been leaking a bit and looks quite rusting now. Thanks

Fujitsu Airstage AJY045LCLAH VRF outdoor unit, serial R000139 not working, inside unit gives a fault of F22. 5 inside units. Outdoor unit is on the flat roof on first floor.

Air conditioner servicing .

Replace Combi Boiler with same, currently installed Vaillant Ecotec Plus 832. This is a 32kwh unit and I would like to replace it with a similar Vaillant unit Pipe work is in place and should be a fairly east swap with good access. Supply and fit required.

Boiler is shows some error . See pics attached. Need to fix the problem and check if it’s in good working condition

I have a portable air conditioner which has started making a very loud humming/buzzing noise shortly after the cooling starts up. It appears to be caused by the internals of the air conditioner vibrating and causing the outer panel of the air con to vibrate, making the noise

Boiler relocation to original location bon same floor.

You must be a plumber or a heating engineer. Boiler diagnosis completed as follows below and need someone to replace both parts. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.

There’s a gap beneath my boiler that needs to be covered as it’s a possible entry point for mice. The pest control company has asked for a Perspex sheet to built and siliconed in place around the boilers paperwork. Would need to be custom fitted and make w a jigsaw. Thanks

Hi, I’m looking for a professional decorator or handyman to repair and repaint water-damaged walls in the common stairwell area of my apartment in NW3 London. There was previously a leak from my boiler (faulty ball valve), but this has now been fixed and the area is drying out properly. The walls currently have: • Brown water staining • Flaking / bubbling paint • Some minor plaster damage • Light mould in one lower corner I want the job done properly so the staining doesn’t come back through. The job likely requires: • Scraping back all loose paint • Treating any mould • Sealing with stain-blocking primer (e.g. Zinsser) • Filling / patch plaster repair where needed • Sanding smooth • Repainting (white/neutral to match existing) This is in a stairwell so access may require care (not very high ceilings but awkward angles). I’m not looking for a quick paint-over, I want it done properly so the issue doesn’t return. Location: NW3 London Flexible on timing but ideally within the next 1–2 weeks. Thanks!

Boiler pressure dropped - need someone to re pressureise

I have a boiler with 2 connecting pipes going into it. One of the pipes is leaking so just needs attention and tightening.

I would love a quote for a Boiler Timer replacement for my 1 bed flat. The boiler itself works fine, but it has to be turned on and off manually. The existing timer attached to the water heater switch is completely unresponsive - it does not display anything or respond to my attempts to reset. I have been operating the water heater manually since I moved in but would like to install a new digital timer so that I can program water heating automatically and easily. The boiler only affects hot water as my radiator system is electric. I would prefer this job to be completed in one visit so would like the replacement timer to be sourced by yourselves in advance or to be given guidance on which to order in advance so that it is ready to install on the same day as your visit.

I have a new thermostat which needs swapping for the old one. There’s instructions with the new one but may need some wiring and checking with a phase tester first. Should hopefully be a mega quick job!
