There's no hot water, and we need someone to fix it today

I have a couple of heating related issues that need attending to. 1. While all rooms in our flat stay nice and warm, for some reason the bedroom doesn’t, our radiator is under a year old and the valiant boiler system is brand new too but the radiator doesn’t get as hot at the other rooms and leaves us freezing at night. 2. We have underfloor heating in our bathroom but have never managed to figure out how to turn it on, need someone that knows what they’re looking at to have a look at it and see if it can be switched on or if it’s a broken system.

I have a leak in the property, potentially coming from radiators downstairs. The boiler pressure keeps dropping to zero; followed by cold water and no heating. I also have a blocked shower drain and a faulty electric toilet flush. I need this to he checked asap.

Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
