Hi, new Tenant moves in this morning into Cowley house but it emerged last night that Boiler has a niggle. Error code for “pressure too high” means it wont light. It also has a couple of minor leaks from underneath (by MagnaClean filter). The radiator in the smallest bedroom may need bleeding. Are you able to attend this morning and do a gas certificate on it plse? It’s still in date for another 2mths but this could be a way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone?

I've had connection issues with one of my three Nest Thermostats...the other two in my home are not, and they are working perfectly. I need is a nest pro / someone who understands the NEST heating systems to help me resore power to the unit & then assist pairing the unit to the current system. I'm happy to drop off the unit for repair.

I have had a new boiler fitted last year and since turning the heating on 2 of the 6 radiators are not heating up. It’s only a small coach house but I would like the heating to work to its max.

I’ve a basic plug in portable unit I’ve had for 4 years. I use it in my cabin/office at the bottom of the garden. It got very loud last year and stopped working sounding like the motor had gone so stopped trying. Didn’t really need it! Am wondering if it can be fixed or if it’s a new unit needed. I think it’s an ElectriQ one.
