Outside electric meter box. Door and 1 hinge broken. Need someone who knows how to measure properly as i don't know what to order, then for them to do the repair. If it can't be fixed, advise me what overbox to buy, then fit it. I'm disabled and I don't know who to turn to. Thanks!

Fabric blind not working and door blind needs repairing

I was working on a driveway and i noticed that during operation my petrol cap on the pressure washer came loose and fell off due to the vibration of the machine i assume, water was introduced into the system and the machine turned off on its own.
