So I would like to get that light put on the ceiling in that photo. And then I would also need these two toilet seats to be re-fitted as I think the current brackets that are on them don’t fit so I would also need new brackets as well , if you could let me know what brackets to buy I’ll have them ready for the job. Also the lights on these tables have gone off and I need them putting back on and fixing

The wooden decorative door surround is damaged. The 2 vertical panels need removing and replacing. I’ve no idea of cost for this.

Looking for a handyperson to carry out three small repairs at a property: 1. Bedroom door handle – The outer door handle is loose/broken and keeps coming apart even after being screwed back in. It needs to be properly repaired or replaced if necessary. 2. Bathroom extractor fan – The extractor in the first-floor bathroom makes a noise and the motor/rotor appears to be running, but there are no fan blades attached. As a result, it isn’t extracting odours or air properly. Please inspect and repair or replace the extractor fan as needed. 3. Loose stair/landing carpet – The carpet leading up to two of the bedrooms is coming loose/slipping out and could be a trip or slip hazard. It needs to be properly secured back into place. Ideally looking for someone who can assess and complete all three jobs in one visit. Please bring the necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please let me know what is needed.

Shutter Repair Fix 2 snapped tilt rods and reconnect loose slats (Faux Wood/MDF) I need a handyman or shutter specialist to repair some faux wood / non-solid wood window shutters. The work involves: Repairing/replacing 2 snapped vertical tilt rods. Reinserting 1 slat (louvre) that has fallen out. Reconnecting the other slats back to the tilt rod (the metal pins have disconnected). Please let me know if you already carry shutter repair pins/staples or if I need to order a specific repair kit online before you arrive. Photos of the damage are attached to this post. Thanks!

I have 2 curtain poles needing mounting. I tried drilling but they are outside facing walls so I think im hitting brick or something. My battery operated bosch isn't doing it. Since the curtains are heavy I need a professional to install them securely Thanks
