My bathroom light is a cord that you pull and it's come out of the ceiling. Need it to be fixed back on or improved. Also feel free to have a look around and see what else can be improved at a later date as there are lots of things that have problems in the house.

Hi! We need a bathroom extractor fan (for steam). There is no existing fan. The external wall (brick) will need to be drilled. The bathroom is on the 1st floor (there is level access outside for a ladder). The nearest electricity supply is the ceiling light fitting, though there is also a mirror-mounted light nearby.

Unsure what really needs doing looks like issues with condensation as walls get wet when cooking as extraction is at window but hob otherwise of room.
