I need 4 small chandeliers and 4 curtain rods to be installed in Fagley area Bradford. Happy to review offers for this task.

21 door handles changed and with repairs on 12 doors (filling in screw holes etc, replace old locks). 8 thumb locks and 1 key lock 4 pairs of double doors, 2 single door to be hung up (10 all together) (We are keeping 12 doors, and replacing 10 with new doors) 4 full architraves to be installed. 5 partial architraves to be installed. 2 skirting boards to be installed.

Replacing an internal door,, removing old one, trimming and fitting new one including lock mechanism

Dry wall repair, bottle of coke for size reference Not sure how much it would cost for a job like this so feel free to ask for different amount

The drawer doesn't close properly. The drawer seems to have slipped off the runners..I need some cupboard hinges adjusting as well.

Our bathtub has lowered and needs moving up so new silicone can be applied round the sides. Also new toilet seat needs fitting.

So I would like to get that light put on the ceiling in that photo. And then I would also need these two toilet seats to be re-fitted as I think the current brackets that are on them don’t fit so I would also need new brackets as well , if you could let me know what brackets to buy I’ll have them ready for the job. Also the lights on these tables have gone off and I need them putting back on and fixing

The wooden decorative door surround is damaged. The 2 vertical panels need removing and replacing. I’ve no idea of cost for this.

I have 2 curtain poles needing mounting. I tried drilling but they are outside facing walls so I think im hitting brick or something. My battery operated bosch isn't doing it. Since the curtains are heavy I need a professional to install them securely Thanks
