I want to change the toilet seat in my rental property but the metal nuts and bolts that attach it have rusted together/corroded, deeming it nearly impossible for me without the right tools! The toilet itself is clean and the seat seems to be practically unused. The landlord probably won't help me as it's an aesthetic decision to change the seat (and I'm terrible at these sorts of things), so it'd be great if you could come and get rid of the old bolts. I don't mind if the seat is damaged in the process but don't want to break anything else... I can install the new seat.

I'm a tenant and the entrance to my basement flat has gotten disgusting over the winter, it's almost a slipping hazard with how mossy \dirty the pathway is.

Door knob has worn out the connection to the door.

Have ikea unit for shoes, but needs to be trimmed to fit over skirting boards - may need legs or box under to look fitted
