Find a professional local handyman in Merseyside

The light fitting above the breakfast bar is handing off the ceiling. The bathroom door is constantly jamming; my girlfriend cannot get out without my assistance if it sticks. The washing machine potentially needs servicing, it is functioning okay, but timer jumps to from 2hrs to 6hrs sometimes. The dishwasher is not properly fitted into the kitchen; it fell out of the cabinet causing our plates to fall out. The washing machine is also not fitted to the kitchen properly. The kick board is not fitted, and appliances are not usable with it on. The fridge door has dropped and needs refitted. The radiator in the main room is hanging off. Several plug sockets are hanging off. Several kickboards and floorboards are loose and about to fall off. Extractor fan is not working in the bathroom

I do house cleaning and repair work on old houses such as painting and decorating.

We require a general handyman who can do multiple areas of works including painting, general repairs, small electrical jobs would be ideal but not essential. Ideally want to find someone who can come out 2 times a month and be on call for any emergency jobs etc. Scope for work across other sites also.

Moved into a new property and some of the windows opening handles do not function as intended and are stuck on one side.

13A problems: -bathroom floor lifted (tapestry) -missing light bulb -Silicon missing in kitchen -Oven plinth removed and left on the floor -Gaps at the end of a new plastic trim fitted possibly letting water out of the shower cubicle -light in bathroom flickering 37 problem: -It appears that there is no hot water in the shower. There is a bathtub and in the kitchen there is hot water, but no shower. Please note that it's a dial shower, and even set to three-quarters of the way (as suggested by owner), it doesn’t produce hot water.

Door was too tight to lock

Decking needs restaining and an additional step is needed at the bottom going down to the grass. One woodem post is rotten and needs replacing and the bottom of the decking has mismatched slats. All the rails need repainting
