Letterbox to be fitted to a composite door - the new letterbox is bigger and so the current opening needs to made bigger

Need the curtain rod to be attached on wall , the current hole is hollow and I'm filling it up so just need to drill the new screws

Installation will require drilling of wall to mount the line

The screw on door latch broken or loose prevent door from closing. Also picture below need to repair this

One of my kitchen cupboard doors has come loose because the hinge screws have pulled out of the cabinet panel. The screw holes are damaged/stripped (see photos), so the hinge won’t stay securely attached. I need someone to: * Repair or reinforce the damaged screw holes (e.g. wood filler, dowel repair, or similar), or * Reposition/refit the hinge securely so the door aligns and closes properly The hinge and door are still in good condition—just the fixing point in the cabinet is damaged. Looking for a proper, durable fix (not a temporary patch).

my toilet seat seems to be wrongly installed and the seat always slides off and is driving me mad. I'm in a rented flat but would prefer to sort this myself instead of landlord as it's easier to work around my schedule if i sort it. Attached a couple of lovely toilet pics to show the issue :) I don’t understand this kind of thing very well, so I don't know whether it will just need new hinges/joint and seat or whether the existing fixtures need amending somehow, so would need to discuss how it will work first before agreeing on what needs doing and when. so please let me know in your offer if we can chat etc before we decide what to do first. if I need to buy new bits/seat i can do that and then will pay for you to install them when I have got them, or if not just pay for you to fix the existing one.

This is a Victorian house with a Georgian ceiling rose the opening is quite narrow and therefore needs securing from room above as doesn’t look like there is a joist to attach it onto. Previous hook only had a light chandelier on it. This one is much heavier like the one in photo

Hi We have a 92mm wide x approx 700mm tall gap at the end of our kitchen cupboards and the wall. It is was just a wooden cover plate, screwed in place. However, the stopcock is behind it. I was wondering whether you would be able to help create a bespoke door for it? No interior needed - just the to attached the wooden panel to the side of the existing cupboard with a door hinge secured in place and a handle

Kitchen cupboard draw replacement. I have the facia for these draws but I need the draw it's self to be replaced. I've already done in the past before from Howdens but needs doing again maybe something stronger so facia doesn't come off.
