I have shutter blinds, I am struggling to open/close a few of them. Hoping to get this fixed rather than paying for new blinds.

Putting up a blind Very simple to do

It's a vertical window blind and it has a problem with the top broken top rail. It's a large window and there are 22 lengths to blind. One side not drawing and some of the hooks are facing the wrong way. The mater is fine. It's just the mechanism.

2 venetian blind tilt mechanisms appear broken as when the cord is pulled on to tilt it just goes around and the blind doesnt tilt
