Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with NordicTrack treadmills to diagnose and repair my NordicTrack Commercial X22i at my home in Brenchley, near Tonbridge, Kent TN12. Machine details: Model: NETL27719.0 Manufactured: May 2021 The treadmill stopped working some time ago. An engineer inspected it about a year ago and told me he believed the drive motor and motor control board both needed replacing, but he never came back to complete the repair. I’d like someone who can properly test the machine rather than simply assume that diagnosis is correct — ideally checking the motor, controller and associated components and then either sourcing the correct parts or advising me exactly what is required. Please only respond if you have experience repairing NordicTrack/ICON treadmills, ideally X22i/X32i or similar machines. Could you let me know: * whether you cover TN12; * your diagnostic/call-out charge; * whether you can test both the motor and control board; * whether you can source and fit parts if needed; and * roughly how soon you could attend.
