Recently when connecting my washing machine I accidentally caused a leak in the apartment below after discovering this wasn’t connected properly. As a result part of the ceiling in the downstairs tenant’s kitchen has been cracked. This will require the filling in of the crack and some paint over. Luckily the washer was only on for around a minute so the crack isn’t large. I’m looking for someone to come to provide a quote to have the work done. I work 9-5 Monday-Friday but can work from home one day in order to facilitate this (if it can’t be done on the weekend)
