Hi, I’ve got a DFS electric corner recliner sofa, approximately 3 years old, with one recliner completely inoperative. It’s fitted with a Kaidi HK5002 28V actuator and side-mounted controls with USB charging. I’ve tested the power supply against the working recliner, checked and reseated the main wiring connector, and inspected the visible wiring. There is no movement, motor noise or USB power. Do you offer home visits to Arborfield Green, Reading, to diagnose and repair this type of electrical recliner fault? Could you advise your call-out and diagnostic charges?

One section of electric recliner doesn't work

We are restoring the property and the fireplace is rather dated and essentially falling apart. We would be looking to have the tiles removed and replaced (similar colour to those that are already laid on the floor) and inside the fireplace the bricks are all crumbling and falling apart. Also the Cast Iron on the side seems to be unsecured and bent back so that would also need fixing. Open on pricing but near to £600 would be great but open for conversations.
