Two awnings, to be assembled and then attached externally above the two front windows, 3m and 2.5m. Exterior has some cladding so will need to go through that securely to the brick work. Bungalow. Cladding is pvc on batons. These are proper awnings not cheap flimsy pop em up on a screw or two.

We’ve recently moved into a new house and noticed an issue with the shower. The back wall panel pushes in slightly at the bottom, which has caused the silicone seal between the shower tray and wall panel to crack/open. Water can get down into the gap when the shower is used. We’re looking for someone experienced with bathroom/shower repairs, shower panels and waterproof sealing to fix this properly. The job would ideally include: Removing the old failed silicone Checking why the wall panel is moving/flexing Securing/bonding the lower part of the panel so it no longer moves Resealing the joint with good quality mould-resistant sanitary silicone Advising if a shower sealing trim would be better Checking for any obvious signs of water damage. We don’t just want new silicone applied over the old gap, as the panel movement needs fixing first or the seal will likely fail again. Photos available. Repair 3 x wooden Venetian blinds. Need new cords to make them work properly. Two of them sag in the middle and the third has a totally snapped cord.

It's a Proform Treadmill and it turns on, but when you click start it trips the circuit and we have to turn it back on at the fuse box. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the controller board or motor.
