5ft high Venetian blind. Renew frayed cord.

10ft x 5ft Venetian blind. Central cord requires replacement.

The door has come of its hinge and the door stop by the latch had to be removed. I need the hinge fixed as the frame slightly cracked and the door stop has to be nailed back on .

1 wardrobe latch/strike plate needs repair or replacement. The latch mechanism is either broken or not aligning properly with the strike plate, so the door won’t close securely. 3 Kitchen cupboard screw is loose and not tightening properly. Likely needs hole repair or screw replacement to secure hinge/handle

Updated: • Removing vegetation/debris from around the building and affected areas • Bagging up vegetation and loose debris neatly • Breaking down and bagging any leftover loose materials from the previous clearance to help create additional space • Boarding/securing the rear opening using treated OSB/plywood • Sealing accessible internal gaps/openings where suitable with exterior sealant/foam • General tidy up of the working area once completed
