The flashing appear to be rusty and allow water penetration to a joint in the wood, need resealing it will need someone who can get to the top of the conservatory to replace flashing and seal the hole that allow water penetrarion so must have done this type of work before. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 29 December 2022

Hello. My conservatory wall on side seems to be abit 'wet'. I think the roof section has a small gap- where water seeps through. This section may need to be patched up and then inside- we'd have to repaint and replace a wooden shelf (which has now started to rot because of water). Your assistance with this task shall be most appreciated :-) - Due date: Flexible

Earlier this year during a period of bad weather, we've had debris strike parts of our conservatory roof resulting in some cracks/chips. As a temporary solution, waterproof tape was used to seal and protect the roof from bad weather, but it seems like after 6 or so months, I believe the tape is slowly coming off. There are currently no leaks yet, but we don’t want to leave it to get to that state. Ideally, we want a more permanent solution, but we don't have a big budget to cover a full replacement. Maybe you know of a solution to seal the dents and cracks? Or alternatively, as a short term fix, just to re-tape with waterproof tape to last us through the winter. I believe the material of the roof is a plastic like material. Any chance you could provide some quotes or pop by to have a look at what can be done? The lower hinge is on its last legs and has clearly moved over the years so it actually pushes into hte door itself and we just need it repaired so that it opens smoothly and the door won't fall off. Ideally we would also like 4 toilet seats removed and replaced (I have the new seats but am struggling to do it because of back). the priority is the door repair though. It's a conservatory style roof and double glazed doors. It is on the forth floor. Needs to be repaired or even maybe rebuild.

There is 02 sliding doors in my conservatory one is not opening fully and the other one opens partially and seems to be that the handle portion came off from the glass.

Looking for someone to design and install some simple shade sails or drapes for 4 panels in our kitchen lean to conservatory. Blinds and rollers are VERY expensive and therefore looking for a skilled person that can help install some very simple shade sails that we can manually pull down when it's hot. Main purpose is for shade, not for privacy. Keen to get some thoughts from airtaskers.
