Repair of large roller blind which will not wind up

I’ve got a wood dining chair where the one of the leg has begun to split about halfway up the leg where it joins to the seat. The leg forms part of the back of the chair.

I have some chairs that are not comfortable to sit on anymore. I feel that have sunk in instead as being as sturdy as they were They need someone to open the fabric at the back and fix them so they become firm again. It’s a straight forward job for someone who knows that they are doing. There are 5 chairs. I am based in Chester, therefore the tasker needs to be close by and do not wish to waste my time on people who are on the other side of the country.
