The neighbour above has recently installed composite decking on their balcony. During installation, screws have been driven through the decking into the supporting battens, which appear to have pierced the waterproof membrane above my balcony ceiling. Since then, I have experienced light water ingress, with small drips coming through during heavy rain. This was not an issue prior to the decking being installed. Ideally, a solution such as injecting cavity insulation or applying a suitable waterproofing system between my balcony ceiling and the membrane above may resolve the issue. However, this needs to be properly assessed. Unfortunately, following a prolonged dispute, the neighbour is unwilling to engage or provide access from above, so I need to address this from my side. I require my balcony ceiling to be inspected and appropriately waterproofed to prevent the issue worsening. Access is straightforward and can be fully gained from my balcony. The balcony ceiling can be easily removed to allow inspection and repair, so no cherry picker or external access equipment is required. Hi We have a 92mm wide x approx 700mm tall gap at the end of our kitchen cupboards and the wall. It is was just a wooden cover plate, screwed in place. However, the stopcock is behind it. I was wondering whether you would be able to help create a bespoke door for it? No interior needed - just the to attached the wooden panel to the side of the existing cupboard with a door hinge secured in place and a handle
