We are looking for someone to go round the flat and touch up a couple of small areas where we have marked the walls. In a couple of areas putty may be required as there are light dents. Hard to know how many patches but maybe about 3-4 requiring putty, and 10 marks. Paint included, no other supplies. I can buy putty if informed what one or please include in your offer.

Wiring may be faulty on lamps, needs repaired

We have some glass pieces that we need drilling holes in to make lampshades. We have the drill bits needed, however, the person must have experience drilling glass as the pieces are fragile and we do not want to risk breakage or cracking. About 30 pieces need drilling.

So I have gigabyte x570 am4 motherboard, but want to chnage it to b840 MSI for am5, to place my new cpu and ram, and also replace PSU as it has 550 watts only. I still havent gotten the stuff, but i will either on 22nd or until 24th or 25th. I just want to know how much i would have to pay for it to be done. And possibly what else i would need to buy. I already have an m.2 ssd, sata ssd and hdd.

My entrance Door Lock is keep strucking very often, it's difficult open sometimes. It would be great if some experts can help on this

Replace bathroom taps as the current one’s are old

The bath sealant keeps cracking due to the bath dipping down when you stand in it to shower. I think this is due to the floor bowing slightly from a leak and now the sealant won’t hold. This has been leaking for well over a year. We have had many people come and seal the bath and it just cracks again after a few days, there is an issue with the bath dipping which needs to be fixed first before sealing again.

I need to service my coffee machine (wega pegaso) asap. I don’t have pressure in the groups but it’s normal in the stream wand and water wand also the meter says we dint have pressure.

Need someone to fix Zanussi dishwasher. But into kitchen, I can help remove kick-boards and lift out. End cycle light flashes 4 times and heels 4 times. Indicates blocked drainage pipe or trouble draining.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm.
