We’re looking for an experienced contractor to carry out exposed ceiling works for the upstairs area of a commercial space (approx. 20sqm). The goal is a clean, rustic / heritage-style exposed ceiling, not a fully industrial spray-black finish. Hello there, We are a busy and growing family business supplying and installing bespoke interior stone tops to commercial projects such as offices and restaurants, with the vast majority of our work being in London and the surrounding areas. We are looking for extra labour (sub-contract) to support our existing installation team in London on an ongoing, regular basis. A 2-man team would be beneficial, but if you’re interested and only have 1 man available, please enquire as this may still be an option. A practical / 'hands on' background in construction is ESSENTIAL, and an eye for detail and care in handling these bespoke goods is also very important. The job role involves: a) Deliveries into site via loading bays b) Attending site inductions on the morning of the delivery / installation (please note that a CSCS card is required) c) Distributing stone tops to the various areas on site (often on multiple floors), involving regular manual handling of reasonably heavy loads d) Assisting with the installation of bespoke stone counter tops, including ‘dry-fitting’, jointing and silicone. e) Getting sign off from the client on a ‘snag-free’ install – excellent quality is of the utmost importance to us and our clients! This is a physically active role so a good level of fitness is required. You will need to have a good grasp of the English language to enable effective communication on site. There is potential for stepping up into a team leader role in the future based on positive performance. We are happy to provide 'on the job' training, and all manual handling and H&S training will be provided. All materials and tools for installation on site will be provided, and you will be working alongside an experienced site team. Leaking mixer taps about 4 years old. Could just be a tighten job but have replacement to fit ifs that.

Previous task cancelled due to unresponsive Airtaskers. Our toilet keeps on running with water. The toilet is attached to the wall. Water is being wasted. You cannot see from the video but from the front and back there is water dripping constantly inside. As you can see from the images, there is no lid to come off the tank is plastered to the wall no lid

3 tasks: 1. Toilet cistern keeps running and refilling, can’t work out why, maybe a seal needs replacing. 2. Kitchen tap has a slow leak, again maybe a seal issue. 3. Changing a toilet seat, the bolts have rusted and I can’t get them off. Then replace with the new seat.

Hi, Please read carefully. Experienced electrician required. We have two wall laps that we want to mount on the wall. The will go on either side. We do not want the cords exposed and therefore the cords need to be fed through behind the wall to make wiring invisible. Also, to consider the lamps have switches which we need to hide but then question is how will we be able to turn on / off lights - a possibility is that we takeoff that mechanism and use the mains to turn on/off? This is something you need to consider and discuss with me beforehand. The wall is a stud wall.

Install ceiling lamps in my flat. Lamps provided. May require checking existing wiring. Tools required. It is 4 lamps 2 of the big white rounded ones, one of the back and 1 of the small white. I also attached the current setup.

We need our garden decking replaced. All old decking and subframe have already been fully removed due to rot, so there is currently a level concrete base exposed. The job will involve: -Installing a new treated timber subframe, fixed to the concrete base -Laying new timber decking boards on top. It’s roughly the size of one car parking space. -Replacing the timber tops on two small existing brick borders (only a few decking boards needed for each I think) This is a straightforward, ground-level decking install (no old materials to remove).Photos show the area and borders as they used to look before timber removal. Fuse box keeps tripping when the cooker and oven is turned on

I need someone to block the holes on the floor area under the stairs shown in the photo. The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.

I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms. Note and quote for small complexity that external roof runs high on bedroom walls. I am relisting this as I ideally want extensions to come from fibre optics not router (Cat 5/6) and run out outside of house (previous Airtasker accepted quote fell through for this reason).
