The holes need to be covered neatly and the plywood should not be higher than the existing floor I outside of the area or the concrete inside the area. This is just prep work for understairs storage that will be fitted in a few weeks.

I need an electrician - come in and get the job DONE. I have two wall lamps (one has been wired and mounted to the wall the other is to be wired and mounted to wall). The one mounted to wall is not lighting up - bulb is blank even though we've tested the power in switch is on. This will need to be fixed to be operational. Jet washing of steps, some have one coat of paint on

The door handles do not stay straight and one of the locks needs replacing too. We have the cupboard door. The tap is missing a screw in its centre. The toilet seat hinge has snapped.

I need a dining table to be unpacked from its crate and carried upstairs to the second floor and assembled and then for the crate to be taken and disposed of. I will help carry it up the stairs. Assembly won’t be complicated because there are only 3 parts. But will need some tools to complete. Table is 140cm x 70cm.

The toilet is effectively “holding the flush button down forever”. I've opened it up, this is all I can see and not sure how to fix! Seems hard to get the whole unit out. It's really hard to judge the time here. So let's work off £50/hr

Left speaker often comes in and out of making sound, unless you turn the volume really high. Even when it isn’t doing this, it sounds weaker than the other speaker. I have tried swapping the cables over and it is still the left speaker that has the problem
