I need someone to urgently locate the source of the leak and fix it as soon as possible. Access to the bathroom and ceiling can be provided. I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Today my internet connection enters the house in downstairs living room and I want to extend connectivity to upstairs bedroom from the outside for gaming in bedrooms. Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
