Headlights and rear lights turn on and off by themselves even when driving and parked. It started after I had a crash front end a few years ago and it’s never been the same since. I had replaced the switch a few month ago and it was fine for a few weeks then started again. I think there’s an underlying issue maybe a loose connection. When driving and the lights go off I hit the switch hard which can fix it.

Hello, We need smoke alarm to be fixed or potentially to be replaced as it is constantly beeping at the moment, and even change of the batteries did not help. Additionally, we need to tighten the sink pipe as the connection drips water. Should be pretty straightforward. Let me know if you can visit tomorrow please, and what is your offer. Thanks Dominik

List below: 1. Installation of exhaust fan in 1 bathroom. Installation of a vent in 2 bathrooms. Materials at home already 2. Check on a washing machine. It was working completely fine and suddenly it’s not even turning on. I’ve checked the trip switches. Just need advice on whether it can be fixed or need to buy a new one 3. I have mould in the bathroom which is quite deep and is a repeating problem. Someone had suggesting just sticking a waterproof layer over the tiles of say 40-50cm high at the bottom (see photos) where the mould problems exist. It’s a standard 1700mm bathtub. Materials for this need to be bought. 4. One of the bedroom doors is not closing / has gotten too tight 5. An exhaust pipe in my inspection hatch has a gap. I was advised to fill that with expanding foam which I have. Just need it to be installed in a clean manner 6. A panel below the bathtub has fallen down and needs to be fixed (see photo)
