I’m looking for a licensed electrician to help with a couple of jobs around my home: 1. Cable repair – My builder accidentally broke a cable. This needs to be repaired and reconnected properly to the alarm box and also run to under the stairs. 2. Extractor fan fix – I attempted to install a bathroom extractor fan myself, but it hasn’t been done correctly. I need a professional to reinstall/fix it so it’s safe and working properly.

Electrician needed Saturday 17th May: - Replace 4 plugs with new plug/socket covers. - 2 of these plugs need to be wired from single to double plug sockets. - Remove an old plug completely and make good to the wiring -Chase any cables necessary into the wall ready for re-plastering on Monday

I need our current old thermostat upgrading to our new Hive Thermostat.

A couple weeks ago in the storm we had two light bulbs blow in the living room. We replaced the bulbs yet the lights still won’t turn on. We’ve checked the fuse box and the lights are switched on. We don’t know whether it was related to the storm or not. Ideally, we need the lights to be checked and fixed. Although we understand that the fixing may not be possible immediately, so we’re open to discussions around a follow up appointment.

Our electric shower is running boiling hot or ice cold. From previous experience it probably means it’s full of lime scale and needs to be replaced. I understand this is not a very complicated job, but someone would need to buy one and and install it.
