I have Sky. The internet/ WiFi works for laptops and iPads but we can’t connect the Sky router or Tado to it.

I have a community fibre network. I have subsequently installed an Eero mesh system. I have recently experienced many issues: 1. I have a Hik-Connect system for my Entryphone and CCTV and the recording does not work; 2. I cannot connect to WebEx, unless I use the Community Fibre Network (instead of Eero) 3. I have issues to connect with my Hive system.
