I have an ASUS VivoBook E15 (model E1504FA). During a BIOS/firmware update, the laptop suddenly shut down. Since then, the laptop no longer powers on properly: the screen stays completely black, the fan does not start, and there are no signs of booting—only the charging LED is on. I have already tried, without success: Reinstalling Windows Attempting BIOS recovery via USB I believe the BIOS is corrupted and that the BIOS chip needs to be reflashed. Can anyone help me or offer this type of repair?
