Vincent was great. Responded so quickly and on site as promised same day. Kindly followed up post issue. Issue arose again through no fault of Vincent’s but due to an ongoing fault with the make and model and Vincent was very quick to respond and will sort over zoom. Would deffo hire again.

HP2800e deskjet printer. Was working fine. My cat jumped up and jammed papers from coming out mid-print and since then printer won't work. You can send to print, but jobs just get stuck in print queue. Have tried various fixes - clearing print queue via spooler stop/start, power re-set, removing and re-adding printer on HP smart app, downloading new software, changing print port. Whatever I try, printer is unresponsive in actually printing anything sent via my laptop (did get driver check issue not fixed on one diagnostic test, but now says driver issue fixed) - I can't waste any more time on this its driving me nuts!

I honestly couldn't recommend Mohamed highly enough. He is lovely to deal with, is patient, kind and put a huge amount of work into fixing the second printer I gave him. He even installed WIFI in it for me which I thought was impossible.

To set up a new printer, a Brother printer, connecting by cable, and to link it to a computer and laptop. Also to set up two speakers on my computer.
He set up the printer up for me, and made sure it works on my computer and laptop, both printing and scanning functions, fixed audio on my pc, and relocated it so easier to use. Fantastic job, did well over what was asked to do, showed me how everything works as well. Incredibly patient and explains everything really well. Delighted and he really knows his stuff. Would very strongly recommend.
