MacBook Air from 2020: I seem to have multiple anti-virus services and also multiple online backup services such as DropBox, need to figure out which ones (I don't even know!) so I can cancel the accounts and delete most if not all of the software. Also would like to recover photos and other files from the DropBox account before cancelling that... Plus my mail app refuses to send emails from my Gmail OR Hotmail accounts. I've looked online and tried to fix settings and it's not working... I'm basically an idiot,what can I say

Due to the wet weather yesterday, part of my laptop has gotten wet - and even though it has been air dried - it is now struggling to charge. I believe the charging ports have now short circuited - meaning when I plug in the laptop, it is unable to charge the battery. However, prior to today - it was capable of turning on and was able to run normally. I would like for this issue to be fixed so I can return to normal use of my laptop.

And my subscription ran out, am simply trying to reinstate it to use for downloading music from YouTube into mp3 or any good quality music file on to my iTunes library on my 2013 MacBook Air.
