There are 4 rubber plugs in the back of the washer dryer that have screws in. They need to be pulled out but I’m unable to get them to budge and I don’t want to damage the machine. Please only enquire if you have done this before. Ideally you will be able to do this without opening up the machine / voiding the warranty.
