(You'll need a ladder) - Touch up lacework along verandah - Clean and paint concrete verandah - Touch up painting and do some filler work on front gate posts It's a few days of work, you'll have to arrange to pick up paint as I live interstate. I'll of course pay for all paint, tape, sand paper, consumables etc over phone at Bunnings as an example. I want someone who's willing, keen to please, do a good job and work with me remotely. Purchased a new retractable awning, instahut 4x3m Would like someone to assemble and mount. Small job to trim our verandah. Would suit someone local. We want to fit the Van inside the driveway so we started to remove a few slats but then we realised we might need help moving the internal wooden slat (the one on top of the gray brick) towards the inside to support the pillar and then close it up. Maybe put a few more bricks inside to support.

Part of the verandah has dropped and may need to remove some veranda boards to see what problem is and fix it.

There are small sections of rendering that need repairing. All on ground floor, all within reach on small ladder. The rendering is flaking off and small sections to be repaired/replacing. Will upload photos tomorrow. As the old render is older, it can’t be done in patches, as it will be obvious/ and odd. The patches needing repairing are on small walls. No more than 5 sqm needs doing - 4 hours work mostly maybe.

We have a 3.5 m by 2m open pergola in our courtyard and would like some assistance with installing clear plastic roofing over it for weather protection (as we dont have right tools to access the top of the pergola which is approx 3m in height). We may require gutters and a design providing a sloping roof for drainage as the pergola is flat.

We need to get a top recoat of an existing low level MAC (Melbourne Acrylic Coatings suede fc finish wall - preference would be for someone who has worked with this specific product before. Original application was excellent (see before photo with note on image) but heavy downpour prior to aqua shield application resulted in water streaking (see current photos). Due to poor weather over winter last year and COVID, the original renderer is no longer in Melbourne so need someone else to redo the top coat and aqua shield coating(a). The materials (cement based top coat powder and ultra shield protective coating) have already been supplied to us by MAC so only labour needed. Photos of products attached. Ultra shield needs to be applied a week after top coat (I believe). Wall dimensions are approx. 2340L x 260D x 1200H (mm) I have uploaded photos showing original job and current condition, along with photos of the products. If inspection prior to acceptance of job is required, we can organise this. Please confirm how many coats of each product you have allowed for.

Looking for a solution to these being too high to open without a ladder. Can be automated or manual. Photos attached. Thank you.

In all the wind, the corner of the verandah roof has come loose and needs to be secured. In the attached pic you can see the corner lifting in the wind
