Outdoor Balustrade needs cleaning, some sanding and repainting. Rails to entrance are rotting and have been sprayed with hard wood. Keen just for a repaint of these to freshen it up. Even in damaged area just looking to get it white not fixed. Have fila available to use. Balustrade is 6.8m long Rails are 2.8m long and there is three on each side. I will supply paint.
Andy has done an excellent job painting Balustrade and entry rails. Some of which needed a patch job and he's done this expertly. Recommended - reliable and quality work.

Due to re-design of plumbing for a toilet replacement a section of gyprock wall was removed to allow access. I require an experienced handyman to securely replace the section removed and make good the joins. I require this to be done on Thursday afternoon 12 June or Friday 13 June, or Saturday 14 June.
Hao did an excellent job. He was efficient, his communications were very good, and the work was beautifully done. He completed the task well before the deadline.
