Install/create brand new power point behind 2 x mounted TV

I’ve already got the tv mount in the wall but it keeps coming out so obviously I haven’t done it correctly. I need some concrete anchors to be put in I think or else the tv will fall off the wall

Two PowerPoints need replacing. One doesn’t work electrically the other has a switch broken

Dry wall needs touch ups, repair, remove of a hole patch up and resealed correctly. The hole is a product from bunnings that was stuffed in there and painted over with the paint, but is still very noticeable. So removing and redoing would be optimal. Would need to sand down and repaint for touching up of the paint around the house. As there are paint marks and discolouring around the walls There have also been peeling and chips of the drywall which will need repair if possible. Also if you have a ladder to change a small ceiling downlight bulb near the tv stand.
