Experienced plasterer wanted for small jobs Looking for an experienced plasterer, ideally retired or semi-retired, to help finish a few small plastering jobs around my home. Needs to be sanded and ready for painting. I’m after someone reliable, reasonably priced and happy to take on smaller jobs as my budget allows. The work was started by me but I’m no longer able to finish it myself. Not looking for free work — just a fair price and someone who doesn’t mind smaller jobs. Price neg. Please quote if necessary.

Point cook house outdoor render has crack need to repair

I have a brick fence with 3 brick peirs I want the top of them rendered in Dulux Dover White colour There is currently mortar on top of the piers which as cracked

I need a damaged section of plasterboard repaired on an internal wall near the skirting board. The photos show a large cracked area, an opening along the lower edge and part of the plasterboard sitting slightly inward. The damage is stable and there is no known water leak. I want the most economical sound repair that leaves the wall secure, reasonably flat and presentable. I am not looking for a perfect renovation finish. The task includes: Securing and repairing the damaged plasterboard Taping, filling and sanding the cracked area Primer/sealer Colour-matched spot painting of the repaired area only Supplying materials Protecting the carpet and cleaning up afterward I do not want the entire wall repainted. Please avoid unnecessary removal of plasterboard. If you believe part of the board cannot be repaired and must be replaced, explain why before any additional work is agreed. Please provide your best fixed-price offer, including labour, materials, paint and any return visits. Flexible with timing.

After our front walls cement bagging rendering. Rest of the house will follow

I’m looking for a experienced plasterer/or handyman with a lot of experience with gyprock /plasterboard, a sheet of plasterboard has started to droop from the ceiling. It has dropped about a centimetre on someone to re-screw the plasterboard back into position. I expect 8 to 10 screws. would do the job., I have the plasterboard screws I need someone who can locate the ceiling beams and screw it back up, if you have a stud locator, this would probably help you a bit. I need this job done on Sunday. Quote me separately to paint the ceiling, I already have the paint.

The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and replace the switch/outlet, taking care given the gas line proximity. Photos attached.
