Just wondering how much it could cost to repair or entirely replace the roof of this verandah, these are some images. Potential property I’m yet to purchase but would consider repairing! Ideas appreciated

To install a 2.7m wide outdoor window canopy blinds. Two brackets to be fixed to a brick wall first. Two holes have to be drilled on the brick walls for each bracket to be bolted on the wall. Then, the blinds assembly can be hanged between the brackets. See attached pictures. - Due date: Flexible

We've purchased the new roof sheets but don't have any screws to secure them so this will need to be supplied by you. Please see attached photos of old and new roof sheets. I have about 8 outdoor awning shutters to be removed and left on my property. I have unscrewed about 4 of them but cannot get to the last of the top screws. A long ladder may be needed for about 2 of the shutters.

Need cleaning, sealing of lintel cap and painting of the rendered eaves around garage door and one external window per pictures. I will supply the paint. About 8 square meters of areas all up.
