Hi, we need someone to help remove the old polycarbonate roofing on our verandah and install 4 brand new sheets (dimensions 6 metres long x 860 mm wide). We've purchased the new roof sheets but don't have any screws to secure them so this will need to be supplied by you. Please see attached photos of old and new roof sheets. I have about 8 outdoor awning shutters to be removed and left on my property. I have unscrewed about 4 of them but cannot get to the last of the top screws. A long ladder may be needed for about 2 of the shutters.

Need cleaning, sealing of lintel cap and painting of the rendered eaves around garage door and one external window per pictures. I will supply the paint. About 8 square meters of areas all up.
