Need a concreter to do a concrete render on the bottom third of two walls in our studio (below the tiled areas in the pictures on the concrete sheeting). The two areas to be concreted are 5400 x 1980 each. We would like it to have a very raw unpolished concrete look. See third image for what we want it to look like.

Most of the work has already been done. The plasterboard is installed, and the square-set corners and aluminium window/door reveals have already been completed and plastered. The remaining work is mainly: - Sand all plastered areas smooth and ready for painting - Touch up any areas that need another coat or minor repair - Check and tidy joints, corners, and screw holes where required - Finish sanding around the square-set window and door reveals - Finish/touch up the doorway with one curved/arched corner - Make sure the final finish is clean and professional throughout The area is a large kitchen/living space with high ceilings. The scaffold is already on site, and most materials are here. I’m looking for someone experienced in high-quality plaster finishing who can inspect the job and, ideally, start as soon as possible. Need help just to put approximately 2x2m sauna together. Have all the tools, need set of hands and bit of common sense how things are done. Some parts are bit heavier so must be able to lift.
