We need someone to replace our damaged caravan awning. It’s a 21ft Awnlux awning. We already have the replacement. The arms of the awning are not damaged, just the fabric. The new awning did come with new arms too though if they are needed. We really need this done Sunday or Monday if possible. I will upload more photos in the morning.

I have a infrared sauna from iHealth. It was my in-laws but they moved to a smaller place. We have lost the screw and the manual. I believe it's a two or three seater. Hi, I need a really good gyprock repairer as this whole is in my main light room and the sun light hits it, So I need a really good, experienced person. The whole is around 20cmx20cm. I need it repaired and then I'm happy to do the top coat to get it level and smooth.

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
