Need someone to instal one floating Bunnings shelf onto a plasterboard wall with no stud behind

Need 2 gyprock ceilings with shadow line supplied, installed, and patched. Sizes are 3mx1.5m and 1.5mx1.5m. Has to be aquacheck gyprock. Also need light and fan holes cutout. New timber rafter ceiling frame has been installed ready for gyprock.

Strip painted timber stair balustrade back to natural timber I’d like the painted timber balustrade on my internal staircase stripped/sanded back to natural timber and finished with a clear protective finish. The staircase treads are already natural timber and I’d like the balustrade timber to complement them. The job includes the diagonal handrails/rails and associated timber balustrade sections shown in the photos. I am not looking to replace or redesign the balustrade — I want to retain the existing timber and remove the painted finish. Looking for someone experienced with timber restoration, sanding/paint removal and finishing who can achieve a neat result without damaging the surrounding painted surfaces. Need some carpentry or plasterboard on wall fixed please. There is a whole in the wall where plasterboard has been scratched by a dog and created a hole in it. Currently covered by a piece of plasterboard and held by some nails. Don’t need the door frame done, unless it’s an easier job including it but we don’t want a new door frame.

I’m having a built-in wardrobe installed in my spare room/office next week and need an existing power point professionally removed/decommissioned as it will sit behind a new built-in wardrobe. I don’t need it relocated unless the electrician advises this is necessary. Looking for a licensed electrician to come out, assess the best option and complete the work before the wardrobe installation. Ideally looking to have someone also patch the small plasterboard opening after removal - no painting required as it will be covered by the wardrobe.
