Hi, I need someone to repair the damaged timber shade/awning at the front of my house (see photo). The top section of the awning has rotted/damaged wood, and part of the covering is coming apart. I need: • Inspection of the damaged timber • Removal of rotten/broken sections • Replacement with new timber/boards • Sealing + repainting to match the existing colour • Ensuring the structure is sturdy and weather-resistant The area is easily accessible from ground level. Need a licensed electrician to cable and install picture light above painting on external wall. We have an unused switch that can be used but will require the cabling to the switch. We also need the supply and cable and install of a power point to the left of the pictured bureau. There is a storeroom under the floor for access for cabling but no access from the roof as there is a second floor above.

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.

Cut out the damaged section (1 m2), gyprock & plaster for 1 meter square, and lastly touch paint it. Notes: It was a leak and it had been fixed from the source above.
