Looking for someone to relocate power and antenna for a tv wall mounted, I will be mounting the tv and hanging the cabinet after. I have attached a photo with existing location and new location. Both power and coxial cable is accessible from underneath the house, it is a bit tight but I have been there before to fix the antenna that wasn’t working. To fix a minor ceiling sag across several rooms in my unit: - kitchen and dining (see photo) - bathroom - 2 bedrooms The photo attached is the room that has the worse sag. The sag in the other rooms is hard to capture on camera.

Install 18mm plywood backing to plasterboard for microwave and air frier mount. And heavy mirror and wall clock hanging.

I have an outdoor awning 3m x 1m that needs putting up outside the back door. All pieces included for the job. There’s a track that would get attached to the house, awning would slide thru track, metal brackets x 3 attach to awning and then to house. Easy access to house. No stairs. Have big ladder. First 2 photos are new awning to be put up. Second 2 photos are where awning needs to be attached (small white awning will be removed)

Small studio structure at the rear of a courtyard requiring render to the facade only (approx total = 6.73sqm). Currently fibre cement cladding (blue board). Needs to be rendered in sponge finish. Please advise availability and duration for completion.

Remove two wall-mounted cameras and the conduit running to them, and repair the gyprock and concrete surfaces. Each camera is affixed with six screws to the gyprock, and the conduit is double-sided taped. Touch Up Paint We have no touch-up paint and do not know the colour. Parking There is street parking available, but none in the building.
