Install an internal timber and plaster board stud wall with following dimensions: 2800mm (L) x 2400mm (H) + 450mm (L) x 2100mm (H) - opening for a 770mm (W) x 2040mm (H) door with internal timber framing as necessary to separate the study room. Need a small bulkhead gyprocked

Photo 1 is the 1m x 2m hole in the ceiling we need the gyprock replaced. Photo 2 is the second hole that needs gyprock - 350mm x 350mm. Photos 3 and 4 show an area of the ceiling 400mm x 400mm that needs recoating.

We had an oyster light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan, leaving behind a small hole that needs patching. I'm happy to paint it afterwards, just need the plastering done.

We have knocked out an old wall, i am looking for a plasterer to close up the gaps and finish of the gyprock work. Supply all tools and materials. IMPORTANT NOTE: Building allows minimal noise. No power tools can be used, any cutting or mixing needs to be done by hand in door, all works need to be done extremely quietly.
