Job includes: - Supply and install plasterboard to match existing wall. - Tape, set and sand all joints. - Patch the ceiling where the bulkhead has been opened. - Finish ready for painting (Level 4 finish). - Ensure corners and joins blend seamlessly with the existing walls. The wall has already been framed and electrical cables are present (see photo). The electrical work will be completed separately. Please bring all tools and materials needed. Looking for a licensed electrician to fix electrical fittings after an internal wall demolition. I need the following reinstalled and connected: Refix 2 power points. Refix 1 light switch. Test the circuit and confirm everything is working correctly. Ensure all work is compliant and provide a Certificate of Compliance if required. The wall is already open, so all wiring is exposed and easily accessible. No wall chasing or demolition is required. Located in Bondi Junction. I’m after someone to replace the gyprock in a bulkhead and wardrobe and then paint. Paint provided. Bulkhead is roughly 1400mm wide by 250mm high. Wardrobe section is 600mm by 1300mm
