My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. The leak has already been resolved but the ceiling now needs repair. Location: Paddington. Please quote including materials if possible. We have the paint available on site.

The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. Popping the roller blind back into place. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and heavy-duty drywall anchors (SnapToggles preferred). I have photos of the damage attached. Located in Rosebery. Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.
