Looking for an experienced handyman or AV installer to securely wall-mount a 75-inch TV in my living room. Please note: I do not have a bracket, so you will need to supply a suitable heavy-duty wall mount as part of your offer. ​Job Details: ​TV Size: 75-inch. ​Wall Type: Plasterboard / Gyprock wall with hidden timber studs. ​Bracket Needed: Installer to supply. I prefer a heavy-duty tilting mount suitable for a standard 75" television. ​Location: Leumeah, NSW. Ground-floor access with parking available. ​Timing: Flexible, looking to get this done sometime soon. ​Requirements: ​Must supply a quality, heavy-duty wall mount kit with all necessary lag bolts/hardware. ​Must bring an electronic stud finder to locate the exact center of the timber studs (the TV must be securely bolted into the timber frame behind the plasterboard). ​Must bring a spirit level to ensure a perfectly straight finish. ​Note: Because it’s a large 75" panel, I am happy to assist you with the heavy lifting when it's time to hang the screen onto the wall plate, so you don't need to bring a second person.

I am looking for a skilled professional (or an experienced Airtasker) to repair a section of damaged plasterboard ceiling around a ceiling-mounted fixture (light/fan). Please see the attached image, to see the extent of the damage. Scope of Work: Patching: You will need to supply and install new plasterboard pieces to fill the gaps cut out around the existing unit (as shown in photo). The patches must be installed securely and sit flush with the existing ceiling. Jointing and Finishing: Apply tape and joint compound to blend the new and old plasterboard. This will require multiple coats and sanding to ensure the ceiling surface is perfectly smooth and seamless. Ready for Painting: The final surface must be sanded perfectly smooth, flat, and dust-free, ready for me to apply the paint. (Painting is not included in this task, but please let me know if you are able to paint it for an additional fee). Materials: Please provide all necessary materials: plasterboard, tape, joint compound, and sandpaper. If you prefer me to purchase any specific materials beforehand, please let me know the type and quantity in your offer.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Budget is indicative for inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Happy to discuss a revised quote once the source of the leak is found.

Small tape damage on painted plasterboard/drywall. Needs sealing of torn paper, skim patch, sanding, light texture match, primer and paint touch-up. And match up paint

I was installing a TV bracket when one of my power circuits started tripping. When the breaker is reset there's an audible "popping" sound, strongly suggesting a drill bit or screw has caught a cable behind the wall. Breaker is currently isolated and labelled off. What I need: • Diagnose and confirm the fault • Repair the damaged cable to AS/NZS 3000 standards (accessible junction box or rerun as required) • Insulation resistance (megger) test the circuit afterwards to confirm integrity • Issue a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) Site details: • Switchboard: modern Clipsal MAX9 with individual RCBOs per circuit — the affected circuit can be fully isolated without disturbing the rest of the house • Strike location: behind a heavy-duty articulating TV bracket. A light switch directly below the bracket suggests the cable is on a vertical run from that switch • I can remove the TV and bracket before you arrive, or leave it for you to drop — happy either way • ⚠️ Important: the wall is finished in a bespoke Monaco Grand Prix poster wallpaper that cannot be easily replaced or matched. Please plan to make the smallest possible access cut, and factor minimal wall disturbance into your approach. I'll handle wallpaper/plaster make-good myself afterwards. What I need from your quote: • Licensed electrician only (please include licence number) • Breakdown: call-out, labour estimate, materials, CCEW • Whether you'd splice in an accessible junction box behind a flush cover, or rerun the cable to the nearest accessible point • Earliest availability — not urgent but want it sorted this week Happy to send through additional photos of the bracket, switchboard, and likely strike location on request.

Repair set and patch approximately 2 m² of Chiprock in a bathroom ceiling. No painting required. Just get ceiling set and ready to be painted.

Leak causing bulkhead gyprock to sag and screws come off from rails Need to secure hanging gyprock back onto rails as a defensive measure against collapse Screw gyprock back however, need to add steel rails/timber spanning 2m to support bottom but happy to discuss other options/budget etc This is a temp fix until leaks are resolved. Then I will organise a full replacement repair at a later date.

Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too
