Repair areas of gyprock where previous guys did not use tape to join some sheets, couple minor areas where the tape has lifted in the ceiling corners. Some general sanding to smooth some parts of the wall. Attached pics: two corners where tape is lifting. ceiling area needs 3 lines of tapes where is cracking top either side of the door frame to the roof small cracks needs tape. And some additional sanding.

As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. The grout on my apartment verandah looks like it has had better days. I would love it to be brought back to life and be regrouted or properly cleaned. There is nothing wrong with the waterproofing or anything major. It is a cosmetic thing.
