The issue is in bathroom ceiling and it appears to be caused by a small leak Probably need to ​craping off the damaged and peeling paint. ​Repairing the bubbling drywall to create a smooth, even surface. ​Priming the area. ​Repainting the section to match the rest of the wall/ceiling. Ceiling in the bathroom needs gyrocking and small plaster fill in where an alarm panel has been removed.

Render has been removed from 15sqm of kitchen wall back to clean brick Low spots and electrical chases have already been filled with Dulux acratex acrylic render. Looking for renderer to render the wall in acrylic render ready to paint finish. Thanks
