Licensed Electrician: Ceiling Fan Swap, New Smart Fan Point, 4-Gang GPO & Sensor Light Description: Looking for a fully licensed and insured electrician to complete three residential electrical tasks in a single visit here in Kellyville Ridge. We have standard 2.4m ceilings and excellent roof cavity access. The 3 Tasks Required: 1. Ceiling Fan Swap & New Smart Point: Room 1: Remove an existing Martec ceiling fan and replace it with a client-supplied 60" DC fan (includes its own remote control receiver). Room 2: Take the older Martec AC fan removed from Room 1 and install it as a brand-new point in a second room. I will supply a Smart Wi-Fi remote receiver kit (e.g., Martec Pulse or universal Arlec Grid) for this fan. You will only need to run active power through the roof cavity and install timber support bracing between the joists (no wall fishing required for a wall switch). 2. Garage PowerPoint: Install a brand-new 4-gang powerpoint (GPO) on the garage wall, tapping into the existing garage circuit. 3. Sensor Light Replacement: Remove a broken outside sensor light and replace it with a new unit provided by me. Materials Provided by Client: * 1 x New 60" DC fan with remote receiver kit * 1 x Recycled secondhand Martec AC fan (from Room 1) * 1 x Smart Wi-Fi remote receiver kit for the secondhand fan * 1 x New outdoor sensor light unit Requirements for the Tradesperson: * Please state clearly if your quote includes basic electrical sundries (TPS cabling, mounting timber for the new fan point, and the 4-gang garage GPO hardware socket). * Must hold a valid NSW Electrical Licence. * Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Compliance (CCEW)

Turning our garage into a laundry room. Timber frames have gone up and need someone to do the plasterboards and complete the work so all there’s left to do is paint. A carpenter has just finished putting in a couple of walls for a new bathroom in my granny flat and now I need someone to plaster the board gaps. The walls will be painted over and not tiled over and the walls are villaboard not gyprock as it is a wet area. I have hardies joining compound base coat and top coat plus a couple rolls of joining tape if needed. If you want to use your own materials that is completely fine as well.

Switch stuck turned on in kitchen - needs point replacement. Switch point coming off wall and light switch fallen in wall space on same PowerPoint. Bathroom. Point replacement.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.
