Leak causing bulkhead gyprock to sag and screws come off from rails Need to secure hanging gyprock back onto rails as a defensive measure against collapse Screw gyprock back however, need to add steel rails/timber spanning 2m to support bottom but happy to discuss other options/budget etc This is a temp fix until leaks are resolved. Replace damaged gyprock ceiling panel approx 1700x1000. Remove old section, install new gyprock, set and sand. Paint optional. Please quote including materials.

Have two mirrors about 1.8x0.9 I need to get off the wall in the garden. They are mounted on add two bar mounting system. I’m able to help. I just need another strong guy to help lift it and get them both of the wall of the mounting hooks and take into the van which is all flat level surface. Strictly 1pm should be about a 15 min task

Hi, I need a really good gyprock repairer as this whole is in my main light room and the sun light hits it, So I need a really good, experienced person. The whole is around 20cmx20cm. I need it repaired and then I'm happy to do the top coat to get it level and smooth.

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
