The grout on my apartment verandah looks like it has had better days. I would love it to be brought back to life and be regrouted or properly cleaned. There is nothing wrong with the waterproofing or anything major. It is a cosmetic thing.

Looking for an experienced handyman/render repairer to repair the damaged section of rendered wall shown in the photo and repaint the area once repaired. The task will include: * Removing any loose or damaged render/paint * Repairing and patching the damaged render properly * Sanding/preparing the surface for a smooth finish * Painting the repaired section to blend in with the existing wall We already have the matching paint.
