Hot water tank has a small leak at the front that drips water every few minutes

The overflow valve on hot water is broken Flowing non stop In te picture it is the one on the right

Not getting hot water, only warm water. possible need to replace the thermostat or heating element.

The hot water from all taps around my home is lukewarm. The building manager tried to adjust the hot water from outside, but said it was likely a faulty tempering valve. Could I please get someone (who is licensed and insured) to inspect and potentially adjust/replace the tempering valve? The number on the blue cap says "LD 23064 AD4032.2 TV15"

Hi all. I need help to reconnect a small 47L hot water system which I had it removed during the kitchen work. The power and the pipe are in position.

There's no hot water in the house. We have make sure there's no problem with the hot water main switch in the apartment so it is most definitely the boiler tank issues.

My gas hot water boiler suddenly stopped working. No idea why. I tried turning it back on as per manual but the pilot light wont light up. Need a plumber or gas professional to check what is going on. Job is to come and diagnose problem and let me know what repairs are needed (or if replacement is needed).
