Find a professional gas burner repairer in NSW

One of the gas burner shuts down when on low flame. Need help fixing it.

I have a smeg 4 burner gas range. I cleaned it. Afterward the main (large) burner doesn't work. It sparks, it flares out and the flame dies. The other burners are okay. I need the burner fixed and the other burners also checked so that all burners work properly. Thank you.

Gas cooktop knob/valve is stuck and not turning at all, so I’m unable to use that particular burner. The outer knob comes off fine, but the internal stem/valve appears jammed. Looking for someone experienced with gas cooktop repairs to inspect and fix the issue.
