Fix up ceiling - leak from upstairs unit

Need 5 x holes patched made by electrician. I have the piece of gyprock that was cut out.

Looking for a licensed electrician to upgrade a single power point to a double in my apartment. ✅ Existing power point in place – just need it swapped to a double.

I need this PowerPoint moved up or somewhere else as it’s preventing my from pushing dryer back any further, the wall is concrete

Skim coat apartment bathroom ceiling as well as build a box around pipes. The room is about 4 x 2.5 metres squared (around 3 x 2 metres squared to be skimmed) and the box would be around 1m (W) x 3m (L) x 0.5-1m (H). Attached are photos of the bathroom which details where a new box will be needed. We will remove all of the paneling so that there is only cement and prep everything for the skim coat. Example of finished product also attached.

Installing 4 x mirrors onto gyprock. Size of mirrors are as follows. 122 wide and 180 height.

Need studs inserted into gyprock wall so i can install commercial gym equipment onto the studs.

I’m getting air conditioning installed on Tuesday and they’ve advised that I will need to get part of the gyprock ceiling re-gyprocked and painted.

We need a ceiling installed for our laundry. We took it down due to some water damage. Unfortunately, we have not had the time to install it ourselves. Our laundry/bathroom is quite small.

Option 1) Plasterboard sheet to the whole wall. Option 2) Patch hole (if possible) or similar. Option 3) Let me know your thoughts? Some of the tiling plaster will need to be chipped off if going for option 1. Tiles will be added to bottom part as splashback, and shelf above tiles.

Description: Our gas cooktop's Piezoelectric ignition mechanism is stuck in the "on" position and continuously sparking. We need an electrician to inspect and fix this issue. There is a medium to large sized hole in the wall next to the bedroom light switch.

Currently have a popcorn ceiling and looking to get a gyprock drop ceiling put in, with down lights (can be organised by seperate electrician). Will be roughly 55sqm worth. Its a 2 bedroom apartment, top floor. Need Gyprock in every room besides bathroom and laundry. Ceiling is roughly 276cm high.

Licensed electrician to install new PowerPoint on wall. Existing PowerPoint on other side of wall. Photos added showing: 1. new location of TV (which is why I need the new power point). Note there is a light switch on the right hand edge of the tv which you can just see. But no power. 2. Power point on wall behind 3. Please help me to replace a double PowerPoint with a built-in light switch… I have the PowerPoint… And I have tried to install it… I just want someone to come and check that I have done it correctly. This will be a quick job for someone that knows what they are doing.

Need to install three power points. Fairly simple job as there is power in nearby locations (plasterboard). One however involves going through tile under bathroom vanity. I can supply one outlet. Let’s discuss who sources the other two. Request confirmation of licence and insurance.

Cover up roughly about 12 picture hook holes in the wall

Supply and install of 10mm platerboard, 10mm aqua check, 6mm FC, metal track, base coat and top coat. Roughly 6m2 of 6mm fc to timber framing in the bathroom. There are a couple of niches. Metal framing to be built for a bulkhead roughly 1200 x 6000. A man hole which I will supply to be set in. Sheet bulkhead. Sheet 5 timber framed walls, roughly 40m2 Supply and install. I can give actual measurements tomorrow. Sheet bathroom ceiling, aquacheck roughly 4m2 All sheeting to be set and sanded ready for paint, bathroom to be set for waterproofing

Replace ceiling fan/light fitting and replace power point
